By accessing or using The Path to Sound Retirement (the “Tool”), created by Jasper Saunders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.
1. Educational Purpose Only
The Tool is provided strictly for educational and illustrative purposes. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Results are hypothetical and based on the assumptions you provide. Past performance and Monte Carlo simulations do not guarantee future results. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any retirement or investment decisions.

The Tool is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Jasper Saunders and any contributors disclaim all liability for any decisions made based on the Tool’s output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jasper Saunders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of (or inability to use) the Tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
4. Intellectual Property
The Tool, its design, code, branding, and original content are owned by Jasper Saunders. You may use the Tool for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell the Tool or its content without prior written permission.
5. User Responsibilities

The Tool may load resources from third-party CDNs (Tailwind, Chart.js, jsPDF, Font Awesome, Google Fonts). Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

We may update the Tool or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect the current version.
